ONCE GROUND USE COFFEE IMMEDIATELY
Once ground, use your coffee immediately. Due to the contact with air, the quality of the coffee can deteriorate quickly after grounding.
WATER QUALITY
The quality of the water you use plays a major role in the taste of the final cup. So try to use purified water, free of trace elements.
BREWING EQUIPMENT
Invest in brewing equipment. The staff at Strictly Coffee are equipped to give you the best advice on a brewing machine that will suit your needs.

If you are a true connoisseur, you will want to make sure that your roaster is one with strict coffee ethics.
BUY JUST ENOUGH
Try not to buy more than two weeks’ supply of whole beans at a time and grind only what you need. This ensures that you are always getting the freshest cup.
