We were blessed this season with many coffee lovers insisting on freshly roasted coffee. I suppose, once you’ve tasted freshly roasted coffee, you are spoilt for life.

We were able to source Zambian coffee. If you like a power-packed espresso, then the Zambian is the one for you. It is nutty and full bodied, with lingering sweetness. Adding milk to it (as in an Americano or cappuccino), makes it smooth and enhances the nuttiness.

We also now have managed to source Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, again. This is considered one of the finest Ethiopian coffees. It is an intense coffee with distinct floral tastes.
